Results of voting

Members were invited to vote on two proposals at the Interim Meeting, and the results of voting are shown below.

Proposal 1:

To reappoint Marc Bicknell as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED)

Proposal 2:

To maintain Directors’ fees at current levels and to apply future increases in line with the annual SATA (Supervisory Administrative and Technical Association) management grade increases effective from the beginning of each financial year.
