This year marks our very first Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) as OurCoop, following the merger between Central Co‑op, The Midcounties Co‑operative and Chelmsford Star Co-operative in January. It’s a big moment for our new Society and we would love you to be part of it.

This meeting is on Wednesday 20th May 2026 from 7.00pm–9.00pm, with registration from 6.30pm.

At the AMM we will:

• Provide an update on our performance over the past year
• Set out our plans and ambitions for the future
• Showcase the difference we are making in our communities and invite you to have your say on our future community plans
• Vote on key Society matters
• Open the floor for your questions in a live Q&A
